1.3. Purchase procedure
1. The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.
2. The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected item, its NAME and price, in the corresponding currency (taxes included). The expressed price contains the transport included.
3. To make the purchase, the user's personal data will be required, which will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and facilitate the making of new purchases through the Website. 1.5. Right not to accept an order
BTU AUTO PARTS may cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1.1. Conditions of changes and / or returns
If once the purchase is received, the customer is not satisfied, BTU AUTO PARTS allows you to return the items purchased within fifteen (15) days, counting from the date of receipt, as long as the object has not been used or damaged. Thus, BTU AUTO PARTS cannot accept changes or returns of used or damaged objects (as long as it is not a tare).
Any return of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or the duly completed return note.

BTU AUTO PARTS advises sending the return by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.
The shipping costs of the products, which you wish to change or return by mail will be borne by the customer and in no case BTU AUTO PARTS will accept returns sent due.
1.3. Refunds
Once the products are received, BTU AUTO PARTS will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase in case of return.
The term for the reimbursement can range from 3 to 12 working days from the moment the return is received at the BTU AUTO PARTS stores. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal of the order, the maximum term for the return of the amount paid by the consumer for the products will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.
Payment of returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
In the event that BTU AUTO PARTS has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, BTU AUTO PARTS, once the error or defect has been verified, will pay the amount of the returned item and the Shipping costs. In the event that an order with error or tare is returned by regular postal mail, BTU AUTO PARTS will make the payment corresponding to the return transport as long as the customer includes the proof of the return costs in the package. Transportation reimbursement will be made after the items.
To make the payment of orders paid by bank transfer, the customer must indicate to BTU AUTO PARTS an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be paid. The IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.
